Ordering the Bio Arterial Plus
Some simple steps to make the process easy
To ensure your order can be processed in the most efficient manner we need you to follow the steps below and provide as much information as possible. If you have any issues please call us on AU 1300 726 666.
2. Email your form to us
Email your form here so we can review your order and select your garment size.
3. Contract
Set-up.
In return we will email you a contract to review and sign along with a link to make the first payment. We will need ID details from you (e.g. driver’s licence).
4. Your Goods are Delivered.
Once your contract is signed and paid with ID provided, then we are able to deliver your goods or make arrangements for you to pick up from our warehouse if applicable.
