Ordering the Bio Compression Pump

Some simple steps to make the process easy​

To ensure your order can be processed in the most efficient manner we need you to follow the steps below and provide as much information as possible. If you have any issues please call us on NZ 0800 725 555.

1. Complete Referral Form.

The form can be completed
digitally or printed, handwritten and scanned.

videos below to assist you
with getting the most accurate
garment.

2. Email your form to us

Email your form here so we can review your order and select your garment size.

3. Contract
Set-up.

In return we will email you a contract to review and sign. We will need ID details from you (e.g. driver’s licence).

4. Your Goods are Delivered.

Once your contract is signed and paid with ID provided, then we are able to deliver your goods or make arrangements for you to pick up from our warehouse if applicable.

If you require a custom garment you will probably need a therapist to assist you with the measurements required.
