Our returns are handled by your local post office and the process is very easy. Simply follow the steps below.

Click on the Return Item button below. You will need your Medi-Rent contract number. We will
then send you a Returns label.

Open Email with Label
Print label at home or at the local post office – they can scan the label on your mobile.
Drop off at Post Office
Lodge your package at your nearest post office.
